Anne Hathaway’s SAG Awards 2013 Dress

I love Anne Hathaway’s elegant and simple style. While growing her hair out from a recent role, her black dress for the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards was a bold call. Did she strive to be sexy, yet dressy? Some say it left them confused even though she paired it with her signature red lips and understated jewelry. That dress perhaps pales in comparison to her usual feminine and strikingly beautiful gowns even with her short hair. Is that why it made Huffington’s Post’s list of style missteps?
